Q&A

What made you choose football?

I play football because it is a way outlet and type of anger or aggression I have. Football is one of the only sports where you can manhandle someone and not get in trouble for it.

What’s your favorite football memory?

My favorite football memory would be the field goal to win the Class A 2019 State Championship.

What activities do you enjoy outside of playing football?

I enjoy bike riding and taking walks.

What non-football accomplishment are you most proud of?

Who is your favorite athlete, and why?

Either being in the National Honor Society or being number one in class rankings.

What has been the most difficult part of training during the pandemic, and how did you overcome it?

The most difficult part would be that we couldn’t train as a team, or we couldn’t do anything on school grounds. The way to overcome it was to find the different places throughout the community we could work out in small groups.

Do you prefer offense or defense?

I prefer offense.

Who is your biggest role model?

My biggest role model is Anthony Pegues.

What are your parents most likely to yell from the stands?

My parents aren’t the type of people to yell, but my dad would say be more aggressive.

What are your team and personal goals for the season?

My team goals are to win a state championship. My personal goals include going All-State again and becoming a more dominant player on defense.

If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would you choose?

Barack Obama, Lebron James, and Aaron Donald.

What hobby do you have that might surprise people?

I like to binge-watch tv shows.

What’s your favorite sport, other than football, to play or watch?

Basketball.

What is one thing you hope other players can learn from you?

Something I hope other players take from me is how to be a great teammate.

What is your expectation of Farrell football this season?

A state championship, nothing less 

What is your favorite TV show? 

All American.

What is your favorite movie?

Pursuit of Happiness.

What is your favorite subject in school?

Math.

What music do you listen to?

All types, but a lot of rap
