Q&A

What made you choose football?

When I was younger, I always loved to watch it, and I’m 3rd grade, my friends talked me into it, and I’ve loved it ever since.

What’s your favorite football memory?

There are many, but it is probably when our team won the D-10 championship in my freshman year. 

What activities do you enjoy outside of playing football?

Outside of football, I like to lift, play video games, and just to get out and being active. 

What non-football accomplishment are you most proud of?

My non-football accomplishment I am most proud of is being inducted into the National Honor Society. 

Who is your favorite athlete, and why?

My favorite athlete is James Conner because he has had great success despite all of his setbacks. 

What has been the most difficult part of training during the pandemic, and how did you overcome it?

It has been hard staying motivated through the pandemic, but a few of my teammates and I have been hitting the field hard recently. 

Do you prefer offense or defense?

 I prefer offense because I enjoy doing all the hard work for the benefit of the team. 

Who is your biggest role model?

My biggest role model is my dad because he does so much for me to be at my best. 

What are your parents most likely to yell from the stands?

My parents are usually the most vocal at my games, but I can always hear my mom’s ear-piercing clap. 

What are your team and personal goals for the season?

Our team goals for the season are D-10 Champions and beyond. My personal goals are to be all-state this year. 

If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would you choose?

The three people I would choose are Michael Jordan, Vince Lombardi, and The Rock. 

What hobby do you have that might surprise people?

I like to fish. 

What’s your favorite sport, other than football, to play or watch?

I think basketball is fun to play and watch. 

What is one thing you hope other players can learn from you?

Just work your hardest every day and take advantage of the opportunities you are given because they will go by fast. 

What is your expectation of Grove City football this season?

I believe our team this year will be very good and can go deep into the playoffs. 

What is your favorite TV show?

My favorite TV show now is Ozarks on Netflix. 

What is your favorite movie?

My all-time favorite movies are the Indiana Jones movies or the Jurassic Park movies. 

What is your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subjects in school are math and science. 

What music do you listen to?

I listen to all types of music. It usually depends on my mood.
