Why do you love football?

“When I was a kid, I played flag football with my dad, and even though he didn’t play in college, my older brother played at Sacred Heart and motivated me.”

When did you start playing football and taking it seriously?

“Beginning of sophomore year, I had seen a lot of potential in the team, and wanted to grow and become good, along with the team.”

Do you have a favorite play/role as a WR?

“Post Corner or Corner Post, I love getting the safety a making a play.”

Pregame ritual?

“I have a good friend in Wyatt Moyer, and we like to sit outside of locker room and take in the situation before the game.”

What is a moment you want to feel during a game?

“Catching a body, game winning touchdowns.”

Goals for the upcoming season?

“Show my training and my athleticism. I’ve worked on it a lot this offseason.”

Favorite NFL player? Anybody you model your game after?

“I like Reed Blankenship’s safety reads, but I love watching Devonta Smith as a receiver. He has a good attitude and is composed.”

What did last season teach you?

“I need to bring leadership and be vocal on the field, I need to be composed also.”

How have you trained this offseason?

“I mainly focused on my athleticism, releases, and agility.”

Best player/team you’ve faced?

“Even though we beat them, Coatesville was a hard team because they had no weaknesses, and my teammates told me about Max Hiller on the line.”

Thing that motivates you through hard times?

“Before we were good last year we were not really a part of the community, and as we got better and fans showed up, I feel I can’t let them down.”

Mentor outside of the game?

“My dad is great, he really does not care about wins and losses and really pushes me constructively.”

Perfect teammate?

“A vocal leader, somebody who is passionate and cares about the team.”

Activity outside of football? 

“Lacrosse, I play it for my high school in the offseason.”

What do you want to do with football past high school?

“I would love to play at next level, no matter the division I want to be involved in the sport.”

How do you apply yourself into education?

“Classroom I try to stay focused, turn in work on time. I really find history interesting and I love applying myself and learning about it.”
