“He was my best friend. We had a strong connection,” is what Pine-Richland wide receiver Khalil Taylor said about the best friend he lost one year ago on July 6.  Kevin McKenzie was just 16 when he was gunned down. He says that it was one of the reasons he transferred to Pine-Richland and that his cousin is his motivation.
Today, Taylor committed to Nebraska and dedicated his commitment to this day.
