In a matchup between two of Philadelphia’s oldest Catholic institutions, St. Joe’s defeated Malvern after thwarting a final-minute drive to secure a 12-7 victory over the Friars. The Hawks’ Nickee Holden led Prep to a victory in his first start for St. Joe’s as Maxwell Rogers was out due to an injury.
