Fredericktown, PA – The Beth Center Bulldogs (6-0, 3-0) have been as dominant as any team this season in the WPIAL Single A, thus far, and tonight was no different. Beth Center was much more physical up front on both sides of the ball, leading to an easy win over the Jefferson-Morgan Rockets, 51-7.
In conference play, Beth Center is averaging 49 points per game while the defense is only allowing 7 points per game. The Bulldogs have been pedal to the metal while not letting off the gas and lead the Tri-County South conference. The Bulldogs will be favored in the rest of their games, leading to the conclusion of the regular season when they host the California Trojans (4-2, 3-0).
Jefferson-Morgan was able to move the ball at times, but turnovers or turnover on downs stalled several drives. While Beth Center mostly kept the ball on the ground, taking advantage of their size and strength using the powerful legs of their trio of running backs led by junior Enzo Brown.
Brown found the endzone in the first quarter on a six yard burst into the endzone. It would be the only score of the game for Brown. However, he did the majority of his damage between the goal lines with his punishing runs enroute to 184 yards rushing and tacked on another 35 yards receiving. Also accounted for a safety by way of a sack. Senior quarterback Chase Bebout threw a touchdown pass and ran 28 yards for another one.

The Bulldogs just kept adding to their lead, using methodical and physically dominating drives. They led 14-0 after the first quarter, 23-0 at the half, and 37-0 after the third quarter. Senior running back Cyler Myers found the endzone two times, a 10 yard reception and 9 yard rush, not to be outdone, senior running back Homer Headlee found pay dirt twice on the ground, 9 and 10 yards, respectively. Additionally, on the defensive side of the ball, sophomore defensive back Nicholis Miller picked off a pass and recovered a fumble.

Jefferson-Morgan was able to break onto the scoreboard late in the fourth quarter when senior quarterback Triton Farabee kept the ball and scampered 5 yards. Unfortunately for the Rockets, that celebration was short lived, as sophomore running back Shane Cronin took the ensuing kickoff 65 yards for a touchdown.
