Freedom visited Al Erdosy Stadium in Northampton on Friday to take on the Konkrete Kids on a wet night in the Lehigh Valley. A closely contested game throughout saw the two teams go back and forth with first half scoring. The game would be tied 14-14 at half with either team looking capable of winning. The lone score of the second half came on a Freedom field goal in the 4th quarter. This sealed the victory for the Patriots and saw them improve to 5-3 on the season with a matchup against Easton at home next weekend. Northampton will also be 5-3 after this loss and look to rebound traveling to Nazareth in a tough game.
