The Abington Heights Comets are the District 2 5A Champions as they defeat Pittston Area 40-7.

Jayden Anglin had three touchdowns while Noah Kayal, Rodman Azar, and Scott Weiland scored as well.

The Comets had a 20-0 lead at the half and held the Patriots scoreless until late in the fourth quarter when the Patriots scored an interesting play.

Lucas Lopresto appeared to have been taken down, however he threw the ball up to John Jadus on the run and he ran it in for the score.

Abington Heights will face the District 6 champion Hollidaysburg next Friday at Comets Stadium
