Man, oh man, what a night for the Bethel Park Blackhawks, scoring 27 unanswered points against Peters Township and defeating the Indians 27-0.

It was a tale of two run heavy offenses. Both quarterbacks in Brady Bruckner for the Hawks and Talen Stauffer for the Indians were running the ball themselves. The longest play of the season for Bethel Park would open the scoring for the Hawks as Brady Bruckner would break free in one of his many quarterback  sneak and read option plays that was for 82 yards. That would put the Hawks up 7-0 in the first half.

Bruckner would have his second rushing touchdown for the Hawks with only 12 seconds left he will take it in for a 8-yard touchdown giving Bethel Park a 2-touchdown lead over the Indians.

Peters’ Township got their running game going a little in the second half but that was no match for Bethel Park. Bruckner would fine his wide receiver in Nate Cirincione for a 29 yard touchdown pass in the 3rd quarter making it 21-0.

In the 4th quarter Bruckner would hand it off to Will Sabatos for a 4-yard touchdown run to extend the lead to 27-0. That would inevitably be the final of the game.

Bethel Park would advance their record to 3-5 whilst the Peters Township Indians would drop to 3-6 on the season.
