Can Penn State Boiler Up After the Bye Week?

On this episode of the BlueWhite Tailgate Pawcast, what do we take away from Matt Campbell’s latest press conference? Can Penn State turn its season around after a disappointing 3-4 start.
One thing we do know is there isn’t a lot of change that will be taking place. Campbell continues to emphasize leadership, identity, and fixing the problems that have plagued the Nittany Lions. Did the bye week provide answers for a struggling running game, inconsistent pass rush, and Rocco Becht’s inconsistency?

We discuss Koby Howard’s potential return and what his presence could mean for the offense. With Purdue up next, can Penn State finally put together a complete performance and build momentum over the final five games? Is this the beginning of a turnaround, or more of the same in Happy Valley?

Plus, former Penn State All-American James Boyd joins the Pawcast to discuss his playing days, delivering big hits, and his thoughts on today’s Nittany Lions.
