Austintown-Fitch 42, Erie 0
Austintown Fitch defeated Erie High 42-0. The Falcons’ offense was led by quarterback Collin Kalaher, who completed 11 of 14 passes for 193 yards and three touchdowns. Deon’Dray Richard was a primary target, scoring on a 4-yard run in the first quarter before catching touchdown passes of 25 and 72 yards from Kalaher. Dyionn Tutwiler anchored the Falcons’ ground game, rushing for 44 yards and two touchdowns on six carries, with scoring runs of 13 yards in the first quarter and 1 yard in the second. Kalaher threw his final touchdown pass of the night in the third quarter, a 23-yard connection with Al-Tahire Iluono. Erie High finished with negative total yardage.
McDowell 48, Boardman 21
McDowell defeated Boardman (Ohio) 48-21; Evan Kuhn led the Trojans’ passing attack, throwing for 232 yards and five touchdowns to four different receivers. McDowell built an early advantage in the first half with touchdown passes from Kuhn to Chase Carrick and Cash Hammond in the first quarter, followed by second-quarter touchdown passes to James Feronti and Hammond. The momentum continued into the second half as Carrick and Marquis Knight each recorded rushing touchdowns, while Kuhn connected with Jueul Heidelberg for another passing score. Robert Grygier led the team’s rushing effort with 73 yards, while Carrick added 42 yards on five carries. Hammond finished with five receptions for 72 yards, Feronti caught three passes for 47 yards, and Emory Moffett contributed three catches for 45 yards.
Lakeview 32, Cochranton 7
Lakeview defeated Cochranton 32-7, led by Michael Strohl’s 69 rushing yards and two touchdowns alongside a multi-score performance from freshman Luke Johnson.
Following a scoreless first quarter, Lakeview built a 19-0 halftime lead by scoring three touchdowns in the second period. Johnson opened the scoring with a 3-yard touchdown run. Strohl followed with two rushing touchdowns in the same quarter, scoring from 1 yard out and adding a 10-yard run. Cochranton answered in the second half when Brayden Williams scored on a 1-yard touchdown run to bring the score to 19-7. Lakeview responded in the third quarter with a 7-yard touchdown run from Owen Feltenberger to extend the lead to 26-7. In the fourth quarter, Johnson threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to Karson Mathieson to complete the scoring. Johnson finished the night with 105 rushing yards and 80 passing yards. Williams led Cochranton offensively with 72 rushing yards on 13 carries.
Titusville 36, Reynolds 0
Titusville improved to 2-3 on the season with a 36-0 victory over Reynolds, establishing a 15-0 lead by halftime. Quarterback Hunter Martin led the Rockets’ passing attack, completing 11 of 19 passes for 170 yards and three touchdowns. Two of those scoring passes went to Adam Reynolds, who finished the game with five receptions for 83 yards. Charlie Ackerman caught the third touchdown pass, a 4-yard reception from Martin. Titusville’s ground game was anchored by Weston Wakefield, who rushed for 132 yards on 23 carries and scored a touchdown. Dalton Knapp also added a rushing touchdown.
Wilmington 36, Mercyhurst Prep 29
Wilmington defeated Mercyhurst Prep 36-29 following a sequence that featured two touchdowns in the final minute of play. Mercyhurst Prep held a 14-7 advantage at halftime. Their first-half scoring came from a 6-yard touchdown run by Vinnie Feliciano and a 92-yard kickoff return by Eyon Ellman-Sparks. Wilmington’s lone first-half score was a 7-yard run by Cael Kettering in the second quarter. Wilmington tied the game in the third quarter on an 8-yard touchdown run by Chase Mitcheltree, then took a 21-14 lead early in the fourth quarter with an 8-yard run by Cam Kettering. Mercyhurst Prep responded with a 1-yard touchdown run from Feliciano to level the score at 21-21 with 7:03 remaining. The final minutes saw multiple lead changes. Mitcheltree scored on a 6-yard run to put Wilmington ahead 28-21 with 2:22 left on the clock. Mercyhurst Prep answered with 44 seconds remaining when Everett Coterill threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Ellman-Sparks. A successful two-point conversion run by Feliciano briefly put the Lakers ahead 29-28. Nine seconds later, Wilmington secured the victory when Rowan Miller threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Mitcheltree with 35 seconds left to play. Mitcheltree finished the game with 214 rushing yards on 26 carries alongside 40 receiving yards. Feliciano recorded 232 yards and two touchdowns for Mercyhurst Prep.
Greenville 51, Slippery Rock 6
Greenville improved to 5-0 on the season with a 51-6 victory over Slippery Rock, driven by a five-touchdown performance from Cael Thurber. Thurber completed 7 of 8 passes for 206 yards and four touchdowns, while adding 49 rushing yards and a touchdown on four carries. The Trojans led 36-0 by halftime. Thurber opened the scoring with a 14-yard touchdown run and followed with three touchdown passes: a 27-yarder to Keith Covert, a 4-yarder to Justin Schell, and a 75-yarder to Hunter Cox. Kyle McGirr also contributed to the first-half scoring with a 7-yard touchdown run. Slippery Rock scored when John Petras threw a 26-yard touchdown pass to Logan Schlobohm. Greenville extended its lead later in the half as Thurber threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Covert for their second connection of the game, and Swayze Walker added a 46-yard touchdown run. Landon Porter led Greenville’s rushing attack with 117 yards on 10 carries, while Covert finished the game with three receptions for 72 yards.
Northwestern 47, Mercer 6
Northwestern secured its first victory of the season with a 47-6 win over Mercer, establishing control early with three touchdowns in the first quarter. Joe Holdsworth helped build an initial 21-0 lead by rushing for a touchdown during the opening quarter and eventually finished the game with over 100 yards on the ground. Quarterback Ryland Copeland accounted for five touchdowns in total, completing 18 of 28 passes for 210 yards and three scores while rushing for 63 yards and two touchdowns. Northwestern’s passing attack featured Andrew Merritt, who recorded a game-high six receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown. KC Hoffman contributed three catches for 37 yards and two touchdowns, later adding a 65-yard interception return for a touchdown to extend the Wildcats’ lead.
Cambridge Springs 31, Eisenhower 0
Cambridge Springs defeated Eisenhower 31-0, led by Wyatt Keem’s 122 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Keem scored on runs of 10, 4, and 57 yards. The Blue Devils led 12-0 in the first quarter and extended it to 19-0 by halftime before adding two more touchdowns in the third quarter. The remaining scoring came from a 5-yard touchdown run by Kaydin McFarren and a 58-yard touchdown pass from Dale Smith to Colton Hoover. Eisenhower advanced deep into Cambridge Springs territory twice during the game but turned the ball over on downs on both possessions. Nolan Gesing led the Knights with 68 rushing yards on 16 carries, while Collin Havers contributed 31 yards on 10 carries. For Cambridge Springs, Smith completed 2 of 3 passes for 72 yards and a touchdown. Jon Daley recorded 44 yards on six carries, and McFarren finished with 22 yards on four carries alongside his touchdown. Hoover caught two passes for 88 yards and a score.
Iroquois 34, Franklin 14
Iroquois improved to 3-2 on the season with a 34-14 victory over Franklin, overcoming a 14-14 tie at halftime. Cameron Cadden led the Braves’ ground game, rushing for 120 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. Ryheem Abu-Zebiba contributed to the rushing attack, which included a 66-yard touchdown run. Iroquois also scored on Noah Olowinski’s 22-yard touchdown pass from Cadden, threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to Aden Satterfield, and returned a fumble for a score. Defensively, Olowinski also recorded 2.5 sacks. Caden Mincer led the Knights in the losing effort, returning from an injury to rush for 94 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries.
Maplewood 24, Girard 10
Maplewood improved its record to 4-1 following a 24-10 victory over Girard, led by two touchdown passes from Ty Neely and a rushing touchdown from Mason Potosky.
Neely completed 10 of 19 passes for 141 yards, connecting with Kyle Jordan and Chase MacQuarrie for the scores. MacQuarrie finished the game with two receptions for 63 yards, while Jordan caught five passes for 55 yards. Jordan also led the Tigers’ ground game, rushing for 81 yards on seven carries. Potosky contributed 79 yards on 15 carries to round out the offensive production.
Saegertown 47, Seneca 21
Saegertown defeated Seneca 47-21, powered by a strong rushing attack led by Riley Wilkinson, who rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns. Cru Scott and Matthew Shartle combined for two additional scores on the ground. Scott contributed 92 rushing yards, while Shartle added 66 yards to round out the team’s offensive production.
General McLane 42, Corry 14
General McLane defeated Corry 42-14, scoring early on a pair of long-distance scoring plays. Charlie Bennett opened the scoring in the first quarter with an 87-yard touchdown run. The Lancers extended their lead to 14-0 early in the second quarter when Josh Caro threw a 37-yard touchdown pass to Luke Murosky. Bennett then added his second score of the night with an 80-yard touchdown run to push the advantage to 21-0. Corry answered with a 16-yard touchdown pass to Lamech Albers, but General McLane responded before the break with a 3-yard touchdown run by Caro to take a 28-7 lead into halftime. In the third quarter, Caro scored his second rushing touchdown on a 38-yard run, making it 35-7. Corry cut into the lead early in the fourth quarter when Connor Sterling caught a 9-yard touchdown pass. General McLane capped the scoring later in the period when Eliott Williams threw a 14-yard touchdown pass to Jack Ponsoll. Bennett finished the game with 180 rushing yards on nine carries. Caro completed 6 of 14 passes for 98 yards alongside his passing and rushing scores.
Fairview 39, Conneaut 21
Fairview defeated Conneaut 39-21, driven by a 157-yard, two-touchdown rushing performance from Dylan Hill. Quarterback Cullen O’Connor anchored the passing game, completing 13 of 17 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown. Joey O’Reilly ran for 78 yards and three touchdowns to help secure the victory for the Tigers.
North East 35, Warren 7
North East defeated Warren 35-7, led by a two-touchdown performance from Colton Owens. The Grape Pickers capitalized early when Owens dropped out of a blitz assignment to intercept a pass on Warren’s opening drive, returning it to the 4-yard line. Ethen Ringer scored on a 1-yard run on the next play to give North East a 6-0 lead. North East extended the advantage in the second quarter. Bryson Galloway scored on a short run and threw a successful two-point conversion pass to Jayden Wittman. Galloway scored again later in the period on a 22-yard run to make it 21-0. Owens then added a 1-yard touchdown run to push the lead to 28-0. Following a Warren fumble on the ensuing kickoff, Owens scored his second 1-yard touchdown run of the quarter with 20 seconds left in the half, bringing the score to 35-0. Warren opened the second half by recovering an onside kick, which led to a 14-yard touchdown pass from Parker Kiser to Ayden Corbett. The Dragons threatened to score again in the fourth quarter, but Owens halted the drive with a 10-yard sack on second-and-goal, and Corbett was subsequently pushed out of bounds at the 1-yard line on a hook-and-lateral play. Owens finished the game with 81 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries, adding 39 receiving yards on four catches. Ringer contributed 73 rushing yards on 13 carries. For Warren, Kiser completed 8 of 12 passes for 77 yards, a touchdown, and an interception, while Corbett led the ground attack with 49 yards on 12 carries.
Fort LeBoeuf 14, Harbor Creek 10
Fort LeBoeuf secured a 14-10 victory over Harbor Creek, bouncing back after suffering two close losses earlier in the season to General McLane and Grove City by a combined three points. Dominic Walters opened the scoring for Fort LeBoeuf with a 9-yard touchdown run at the 5:29 mark of the first quarter. Harbor Creek answered in the second quarter when Joe Wagner made a 29-yard field goal to bring the score to 7-3 at halftime. The Bison extended their lead at the start of the third quarter when Aiden Struchen scored on a 51-yard touchdown run. Harbor Creek responded on the following possession with a 4-yard touchdown run by Gavin Zillman, cutting the deficit to 14-10 with 7:38 remaining in the third period. Fort LeBoeuf preserved the win late in the fourth quarter by stopping Harbor Creek on a fourth-down attempt just past the midfield line. Zillman led the Harbor Creek offense with 144 rushing yards on 29 carries.
Grove City 42, Ambridge 12
Grove City defeated Ambridge 42-12, pulling away after holding a narrow 7-6 advantage at halftime by outscoring their opponents 35-6 in the second half. The Eagles broke the game open when Heath Hohman threw an 88-yard touchdown pass to Austin Gothe. Gavin Purdy also contributed significantly to the second-half surge, recording two rushing touchdowns to help seal the victory.
Hickory 34, Butler 18
Hickory scored 34 second-half points to defeat Butler, 24-18.

Sharon 40, Meadville 6
Sharon won its third consecutive game with a 40-6 win over Meadville, led by a multi-touchdown performance from Gha’Fir Lampkins and Cassius Hosey. Meadville opened the scoring in the first quarter with a 36-yard field goal from Seamus Miller, but Sharon responded late in the period with a 1-yard touchdown run by Lampkins to take a 6-3 lead into halftime. Sharon expanded the lead in the third quarter. Lampkins threw a 26-yard touchdown pass to Hosey less than two minutes into the second half. On the Tigers’ next possession, Hosey scored on a 54-yard touchdown run. Less than three minutes later, Lampkins and Hosey connected again for a 54-yard touchdown pass, extending the score to 26-3. In the fourth quarter, Miller made a 31-yard field goal for Meadville. Sharon immediately answered as Ja’aziah Abram returned the ensuing kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown. Nick Fromm added a 1-yard touchdown run late in the game to complete the scoring. Lampkins finished the game completing 5 of 9 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for 912yards and a score on seven carries. Hosey caught three passes for 71 yards and two touchdowns and added 56 rushing yards and a touchdown on two carries.
Cathedral Prep 14, Oil City 0
Cathedral Prep defeated Oil City 14-0 in a low-scoring defensive matchup, securing the victory with two touchdowns in the second half. The Ramblers were held without a first down for the entire first half. However, they broke the scoreless tie on their first earned first down of the game when Cam Miller scored on a 55-yard touchdown run. Miller finished the contest with 67 rushing yards on five carries, while Dazarie Carson led the team’s rushing attack with 112 yards. The single offensive score was enough to win, but Cathedral Prep added to its lead later in the half when Eli Elwell returned a punt 83 yards for a touchdown.

Sharpsville 42 Union City 19
Sharpsville secured a 42-19 victory over Union City, driven by a four-touchdown performance from Geno Currie. Sharpsville established control early in the game, building a 35-7 lead by halftime. Currie scored three of his touchdowns in the opening quarter on runs of 3, 38, and 5 yards, which gave the Blue Devils a 21-0 lead after the first 12 minutes. The momentum continued into the second quarter when Tre Ham-McCullough extended the lead with a 2-yard touchdown run. Union City answered in the third quarter with a 3-yard touchdown run from Daniel Smith, but Currie closed out the scoring in the period with a 43-yard touchdown run.
