Let’s get to know a little more about Luke:

Why do you play football ?
I love the environment of the sport. It is very competitive and demanding physically as well as mentally. Also you get to be with your best friends all throughout it the summer and fall.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
My favorite sports star is Jason Kelce. He proves that height as an offensive lineman isn’t the biggest factor and can be made up with great athleticism and great technique. In addition, he is a great guy off the field as well.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
The last two touchdowns in our playoff win against Ridley. The first put us ahead and the second sealed the deal. It was and unforgettable experience.

What was last year’s season like for you ?
I saw it as an improvement from my Sophomore year as a player and as a whole team, however, several goals were not met. It gives us something to really hunker down and work for after getting a taste of what it’s is like to win in the playoffs.

Who is the best player you have ever lined up against ?
Zach Zollers, he made me work in practice everyday and I believe he made me a better player as a whole.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
Beaver Stadium

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
The Eagles, growing up in southeast pennsylvania, your born into it, however, I have grown to love the team and what they represent.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
Super Bowl 52, because the Eagles won despite having the odds stacked against them.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Remember the Titans, because it has a great message.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
Run the ball for a touchdown.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Baseball

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
My welcome to varsity moment in a scrimmage my Sophomore year when I got laid out.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
I like to be outside with friends and family; fishing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, etc. Life just slows down a little bit and I can spend time with people I care about.

Wawa

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Lake George, NY

Favorite Band/Musician ?
Zach Bryan

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NCAAF, because the players are playing solely for the love of the sport and not for a paycheck.

Best Video Game Console(XBox/Playstation/Sega/Atari/etc) and why ?
XBox, because that’s what me and my friends play.

Name one thing in life(NOT SPORTS RELATED) you would like to achieve:
I want to own a house on the north end of Lake George in New York.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
Mountains, because they are usually quite and peaceful.
