WORDS FROM THE HEAD COACH:

Connor is as physical as they come at MLB. He is our top returning tackler and is the leader, the spine of our Defense. On offense, he is a tenacious blocker. He loves contact and finishes plays on both sides of the ball!

GETTING TO KNOW MORE ABOUT CONNOR:

What is the best part of being a student-athlete at CB East High School?
Knowing every Friday night of the season my friends, family, and community will be supporting the team and I in the stands.

What is it like to have a brother on the team ?
Its definitely a really special experience that not many others get to share. Being able to be on the field playing linebacker side by side and receive balls from him at tight end or lead block for him while he plays quarterback is a lot of fun.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
I have been playing football for 12 years. 2012-2018 Lenape Valley Indians, 2019 OLMC Romans, 2020 Holicong Colonials, 2021-present CB East Patriots.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good?
Playing our rival Central Bucks West at West, because of the stakes of the game and the amount of people in attendance.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
I would prefer to be on Defense, because having the ability to make the stop is really all the power you need and can quickly shift the momentum of the whole game.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Being named team captain because it not only represents you as a player, but also speaks to your character in being able to lead your peers.

What was the high point of the 2023 season ?
Our hot start to the season out scoring our opponents in the first 2 games 78-0 was one of our highest points.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2024 ?
The numerous bonds I had made with my teammates on and off the field.

What are your goals for the 2024 season ?
Personally I would like record 100+ tackles and receive a touchdown pass from my twin brother Logan. As a team we want to win the CB Cup and advance in playoffs.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
My favorite sports star is Bryce Harper, because of his mentality and approach to his respected sport.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My favorite play that I remember the most is my .5 TFL playing Pennsbury. This is because the other .5 of the TFL was my twin brother.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
The best player I have lined up against is my friend Michael Carrol who is committed to play at the University of Alabama. I line up against Mike every practice.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game?
I would love to visit the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca because of all the history.

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
The Philadelphia Eagles because they’re my local team.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
Super-bowl 52 when the Eagles defeated the Patriots.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why?
Remember the Titans, because it’s a classic.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Kick the game winning field goal.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Baseball, because I haven’t played since 3rd grade and I’m not very good.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
Falling face first on a blocking sled in front of Peyton Manning.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why?
Golfing, because it’s a lot fun and a good few hours I get to spend with my Dad and brothers.

Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
Wawa, because a large Strawberry, Banana Smoothie with whip cream and a classic Buffalo Chicken hoagie is fire.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Sedona, Arizona

If you were handed a lot of money, what would be the first thing you would do with it?
A motorcycle or jet ski, because they are a lot of fun.

Tell us something that you have a fear of ?
Snakes

Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
Shake Shack, because everything is always good.

Have you ever been to a professional sports game, which ones ?
My favorite sport to watch live is hockey because of the constant action.

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NFL, because anything can happen any given Sunday.

What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
MLB the Show on Xbox.

What toppings go on your favorite pizza ?
Cheesesteak Pizza

I want to run a marathon at some point in my life.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
I think the best place to live would be Jackson Hole, Wyoming because, no matter the time of year, there is something amazing to do outside.
