Coach Says: Brennan has the strength, speed, skillset, and ability to lead the RB group heading into his junior season. With his speed, strength, and vision, he should get to the 2nd level with ease and has the ability to outrun defenders in the open field. He backed up former 1st Team All-SOL, Lehigh commit Aiden Mayfield the past 2 seasons and now has a chance to flourish as the lead back. His pass catching ability is also a huge weapon out of the backfield making him a 3 down back. On the defensive side at OLB, he excels as a great open field tackler and comes downhill. He can also play in space in multiple man and zone coverages with a knack for the ball.

Why do you play football?

Football is my way of chasing something bigger than myself and trying to make it out. I want to build a better future for my family and prove that all the hard work and sacrifices were worth it.

It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?

Hitting someone and getting one step closer to a playoff run

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

My favorite player is Cam Skattebo because of the way he plays. He isn’t flashy or worried about making highlight plays. He runs downhill, plays physical, and never backs down from contact. That’s the kind of player I try to be too. I just want to run hard, earn every yard, and do whatever it takes to help my team win.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

My favorite play was week 1 vs upper Darby getting my first sack on the QB I was fired up then went on to sack him again a second time later on.

What was last years season like for you?

Last season was a great experience for me and showed me what I’m capable of. I put in the work, competed every game, and continued to grow as a player. I know I’m only getting started though.

What are your goals for this coming season?

My goals for this season are to get my guys to the playoffs and do whatever I can to help us win. I also want to rush for 1,300 yards and continue improving every game. I know it’s going to take hard work, dedication, and everyone working together, but I’m ready for the challenge.
