Q&A

What made you choose football?

I just love the sport, and the sport won’t ever give up on me.  

What’s your favorite football memory?

Winning states is a good one, but I would say my sophomore year I learned so much about the game around that time that I never knew of about football. 

What activities do you enjoy outside of playing football?

Hanging with my friends mostly and playing the game. 

What non-football accomplishment are you most proud of?

That I made it through life and became a senior

 Who is your favorite athlete, and why?

Marshawn Lynch is my favorite because the man shows no emotion before, after, or during the game. in his own words “it’s strictly business nothing else.” 

What has been the most difficult part of training during the pandemic, and how did you overcome it?

I was trying to get people to come outside to do some route running and things. Working out was no problem; I worked out in my basement and yard. Conditioning had to be the hardest part.

Do you prefer offense or defense?

Offense is the best

Who is your biggest role model?

Kobe Bryant

What are your parents most likely to yell from the stands?

My dads the coach and literally starts screaming “go” a billion times as I touch the ball and my mom will say “go jj gooo”

What are your team and personal goals for the season?

Make a statement like last year. They think we’re not doing the same in 2A, they must think again. 

If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would you choose?

my grandma, my grandpa and my uncle

What hobby do you have that might surprise people?

I make music

What’s your favorite sport, other than football, to play or watch?

It’s not a sport but America Ninja Warrior. Other than football the other sports are boring to watch unless I go.

What is one thing you hope other players can learn from you?

Weight doesn’t mean anything 

What is your expectation of Farrell football this season?

To be humble mostly

Spongebob

What is your favorite movie?

all four movies of spy kids

What is your favorite subject in school?

Gym

What music do you listen to?

rap, r&b, rock everything but country
