What are your expectations for your team this year?
We earned a lot of experience last season, so we are hoping that our young players will be ready to take the step up to be able to compete with the better teams in our region. We expect to be more physical on both sides of the ball as we have a lot of returners coming back.
When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
Offensively we hope to be able to run the ball with more success. Our key will be our ability to move people off the ball. We expect this will give us more of an opportunity to throw the ball down the field. We expect that will so many players back, we will be able to add a few more wrinkles to the offense.
When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
We have to be able to stop the run. We return some guys up front and linebackers, but we have to be better at stopping the run. We will also be more intentional about looking and forcing turnovers. When you run to the ball, good things happen. We will do a better job of that this season.
