Head coach Bo Orlando continues to put out top talent at McDowell HS year after year. This year is no different as the Trojans have now two players committed to play for D1 schools. Earlier this year DE Jerome Henderson signed on to play for Toledo and today All Westernpafootball.net HM  linebacker Sebastien Moubarak committed to play for Bowling Green. The 6-0, 220 pound linebacker registered 136 tackles (85 solo) for coach Orlandos Trojans this year, 13 tackles for loss and a sack.

He made his announcement via twitter:

We caught up with Sebastion and asked him about his decision.

WPA: why did you choose to commit to Bowling Green?

Sebatien: I chose Bowling Green because the coaching staff is absolutely amazing. They have so much they bring to the table and I’m confident they can bring out the best in me. I also loved the campus and what the academic side has to offer

WPA: who was your biggest influence at BG, who recruited you?

Sebatien: The first person to recruit me from BG was Coach Karchner. He made me feel wanted and that was important.

WPA: what do your parents think of your decision?

Sebatien: My parents support me 100%

WPA: what are they getting in player like you?

Sebatien: BG is getting a player that will not be outworked. I will do everything I possibly can to be the best student of the game and best teammate possible. Most importantly I bring physicality and a good nose for finding the ball.

WPA: what position where you recruited for?

Sebatien:  I was recruited for linebacker

WPA: what was the recruiting process like for you?

Sebatien: My experience with the recruiting process was very slow. All of my interest came mostly after I finished my senior year.

WPA: Do you know what you’d like to study?

Sebatien: I am going to study exercise science. I would also like to get into the nutrition side of it as well.

WPA: What do you think is the most exciting thing about BG?

Sebatien: The most exciting thing about BG is the energy the entire coaching staff brings. They are almost all new and you can see they are gonna change the culture of that program real quick.

WPA: Tell everyone out there in Bowling Green land something they’d never know about you until you told them:

Sebatien:  I guess one thing people might not know is that I used to really be into tennis.

WPA: Who is the person who most influenced you in your football career?

Sebatien: My mom and my dad for sure. They gave me the opportunities to play the sport I love and have been super supportive. My head coach at McDowell, Coach Orlando, is also a huge influence for me. He was always there for me and helped me throughout this whole process.
