To win championships

What is your go-to pregame meal?

Pasta

What are you looking forward to most this school year?

Meeting new people and having a memorable senior year.

What motivates you? Favorite Athlete?

Sam Ehlinger

Why do you play football?

I play football because it’s something that I have always loved and it continues to strengthen me as a player and as a person.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?

My favorite sports star is Jalen Hurts. He is such a humble and selfless player and it is evident in his college career that he put the team first.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

A favorite play of mine was against Easton of my sophomore year. It was a packed house at Cottingham and I ran 47 yards for a TD near the end of the 1st quarter. That really gave us momentum for the rest of the game but we unfortunately came up short by a touchdown.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game and why?

My favorite game of all time was Super Bowl LI. Brady and the patriots overcame a 25 point deficit and beat the Falcons 34-28. Arguably the greatest comeback in super bowl history, this game solidified the fact that Tom Brady is the best to ever do it. The relaxed poise Brady displayed under such pressure in the second half gave me chills and I realized how great of a quarterback and leader he really is.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?

I want to be like Tim Tebow. Growing up playing youth football, I would always take a knee after I ran a touchdown. He is such a great role model and he puts Christ above all other things.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

My go to activity when I’m not doing anything sports related is to go for a run or jog, depending on how I’m feeling that day. It really helps me to clear my head and think about decisions I need to make.

What is your favorite football memory to date?

My favorite football memory to date certainly was playing youth football with my friends and not having a worry in the world other than what was for dinner when I got home.

What is your favorite play to run?
