What are your expectations for your team this year?
I expect us to continue with improve as a whole, continue to compete, continue to get back to our winning tradition. I expect to compete for a league title and meet or exceed my high expectations for these players. We have some youth but we also have some guys who have been starters for 3-4 years. I want to put a hardnosed, fast and disciplined football team on the field.
When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
Execution, fundamentals, discipline and don’t turn the ball over. Take what is there and make plays.
When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
Knowledge, discipline and tackle well. Getting 11 hats to the ball and each player needs to understand his role and do his job.
