Why do you play football?

I play football for a number of reasons but my main reason for playing is because of how competitive the sport is. My favorite thing about any sport is competition. I love the competition not just at practice but at games as well.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

My best memory from football so far was beating Northwestern Lehigh in my first varsity start at quarterback.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

My favorite pro athlete to watch is Anthony Rizzo. Why I love Anthony Rizzo is because of his character. No matter if he goes 4 for 4 or 0 for 4, he always has the same character and cheers for his team whether they are winning or losing. That stands out to me a lot because I feel as if that’s the attitude I have.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

My biggest fan(s) are my parents. They are always there for me no matter the circumstances and I can’t thank them enough.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

A specific person I look up to is my father. I look up to my father because of the qualities he uses in his everyday life. He is one of the most hardworking people I know and is very determined. Many people say that we could be twins because we share the same qualities.

Coming off a year with COVID struggles, what do you think this year will be like?

Coming off COVID struggles, I believe this year will be one of the best years for my team and I. Due to not having a regular season last year, the guys and I are excited and anxious to get back out on the field. Last year didn’t end the way we wanted it to but I can promise you that it will end the way we want it to this year.

Favorite play to run?

My favorite play to run is access or jets.

What is your personal goal for this season?

My personal goal this season is to be a better leader and role model than I was in the past.

Favorite pre-game meal?

My favorite pre-game meal is a peanut butter sandwich.

Sports movie?

My favorite sports movie is 42.

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

Golf.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment was slipping on home plate in the league championship game.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I am looking forward to having a regular season this year and going out with a bang.

Favorite activities?

My favorite activities outside of football are volunteering at the Miracle League, working out, running, and helping the community in any way possible.
