Why do you play football?

I play football because it was a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad had always coached football, and I had always been with him on the field, in the locker room, in the weight room, or wherever else he’d be.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

Winning the District XI 3A Title last season, my junior year.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

Baker Mayfield. He plays with more passion and heart than anyone else. Also, he is a great teammate and leader.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

Jaden Leiby. I am still looking to achieve even half of the greatness he had achieved as a Quarterback, and as a leader of the team.

Coming off a year with COVID struggles, what do you think this year will be like?

I think and hope this year will be more similar in the amount of games played like previous years, as we were not able to play some games last year due to COVID struggles. I also think this year as a team we will be able to do more things that we could not do last year.

Favorite play to run?

All Verticals

Favorite sports movie?

The Sandlot

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

Wrestling

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I am looking forward to getting back out onto the field with my best friends and competing every chance that we get.
