Coach’s Note: “Niko was our 2022 MVP as a freshman. He never came off the field. He recorded 95 tackles, 8 TFL’s. Offensively he had 476 yards and 4 TD’s. Niko is very athletic and explosive.”

Why do you play football?
I play because I think scoring touchdowns and tackling people is fun.
What is a personal goal you’d like to achieve this upcoming season?
1,800 all purpose yards
Which teammate are you closest with and describe your bond with them:
Aiden Myers, we both are running backs and linebackers. We also wrestle and run track together.
What is your biggest strength?
My physicality and speed.
What is your biggest weakness?
Experience
Describe a favorite play that you made last season.
In Week 1 I got my first touchdown, and I also went 41 yards untouched.
What have you been doing in the off-season to prepare for the upcoming season?
Weight training, plyometrics, and agilities
How does Hurricane Football impact your community?
Hurricane Football does volunteer work like collecting donations for the Salvation Army and giving to people in need.
Who is your mentor and describe the impact they’ve had on you:
My dad and brother push me to be my best, whether it’s in the gym or at home doing homework.
Favorite song to hype you up before a game:

Peanut butter sandwich and Dr. Pepper
