 Why do you play football?

I play football because of the passion and love I have for the sport. The intensity and energy of football is what makes it so exciting to play.

It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?

I look forward to being able to go out on the field and give it my all every singe play.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

My favorite sports star is Maxx Crosby because he always fights through diversity to become the best player he possibly can, even when the odds aren’t in his favor.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

My favorite play is when I came down to a JV game against Panther Valley and I got the run a QB Sneak. I gained probably 5ish yards but it was one of the most exciting things I’ve done on the field.

What was last years season like for you?

Last years season was filled with many learning opportunities and chances to bond with guys I hadn’t interacted with much previously.

What are your goals for this coming season?

My goals for this incoming season is to go out and be the best possible teammate and player I can be. I also definitely want to go for a 3-peat in districts.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

The best player I ever lined up against was probably Dominick Rodino from Marian. His speed and ability to read plays was something I had never went against before.

When the game is on the line, which college/professional coach would you like to call in the play?

I would want Sean Mcvay to call in the play because his ability to read and defense and make the right call is extremely good.

What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?

I’d love to one day visit The Shoe in Columbus, Ohio.

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

My favorite NFL team is the Raiders.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

My favorite game that I ever watched would probably be when Ohio State went up to Ann Arbor in the snow and beat Michigan this past season. It’s my favorite game because it was the first time Ohio State had beat Michigan in a couple of years and it was in Ann Arbor which made the win even better.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

I would watch Greater because it shows how Brandon Burlsworth overcame diversity to achieve his dreams, but sadly suffered a tragedy before his career started. It displayed how through drive and hard work you can achieve whatever goals you set for yourself.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

“Here we go Dawgs!” or “Lets go line!”

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

I would love to get a 50+ yard rushing touchdown.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

I want to be like Josh Jacobs because he had grown up homeless and now he’s one of the best RBs in the entire NFL. That alone shows how insanely important work ethic and desire to be better is, if you want to be successful. It’s inspiring to me and thats why I want to be like him.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:

Hockey

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment is probably when I got pancake-blocked by Wyatt Keefer from Schuylkill Haven.

If you could only drive one car for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It would be a Nissan R34 GTR.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

My go to activity is going to the gym because I want to get stronger and be more effective, it’s also one of my favorite places to be.

What is your favorite football memory to date?

My favorite memory to date would be when our kicker, Nate Hilliard, hit a 50 yard field goal in the district championship game, which later on went to be the only points scored the entire game.

What is your favorite play to run?

My favorite play to run is either 32 Trap or a 26 Counter because I get to pull.

What scares you the most?

What scares me most is a career/future changing injury.

Music of choice:

A mix of everything, but mostly Heavy Metal and Rap.

What is the most food you ever ate in one sitting?

The most food I ever ate in one sitting probably would have come on either a Thanksgiving or Christmas, but I’m not sure of how much or what it was.

What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?

My go to is Jack’s Spot in Pitman, PA.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

My favorite vacation destination is Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?

I’ve seen too many football games to remember which one was the first one.
