Coach Says: Jonathan Striba is one of the most dynamic and explosive athletes I’ve had the opportunity to coach. He has the ability to change a game every time the ball is in his hands, whether it’s as a running back, receiver, or return specialist. His combination of speed, vision, toughness, and competitiveness makes him a matchup problem for every opponent we face. Beyond his athletic ability, Jonathan has become one of the leaders of our program through his preparation, consistency, and commitment to improving every day.
What separates Jonathan is his passion for the game and his willingness to do whatever is asked of him to help our team succeed. He plays with tremendous energy, competes at a high level in every practice, and has earned the respect of both his teammates and coaches through his work ethic and selfless attitude. Jonathan is an outstanding student-athlete who represents our program with class, and I believe his athleticism, versatility, and character will allow him to make an immediate impact again for us this season.
