Penn State has flipped the #1 overall player in Pennsylvania and the #3 overall Tight End in the nation in Southern Lehigh’s Andrew Olesh.

After signing all of their commits on the first day of early signing day, Penn State lands an elite Tight End prospect to strengthen the room further. Olesh had been committed to Michigan since the summer months, but in the end, decided to opt with the Nittany Lions.
In 2025, the Nittany Lions will have seven Tight Ends that were 4 or 5-star recruits in High School. I’m not sure many schools can say they have even three 4-star+ in their TE room, let alone seven. The 6’5″ Southern Lehigh product will have to fight hard to find playing time, but if his High School career is any indication, that shouldn’t be a problem.
