They have built more and more confidence together each and every year and the plan this year is a special year for them. Even though the team lost a important senior class last year, the have tons of talent coming there way to replace some opened spots on both sides of the ball. Most importantly the Rough Riders look to have a solid and confident season after a great off season.

With QB Christian Fye back the Rough Rider offense should be in good shape. Look for Catty to compete for a playoff spot.

Coach Travis Brett says “To be successful this upcoming season on offense we have to have a balanced attack. We have the majority of our skill players back, and we plan to get the ball in their hands as much as possible. We also look to rely on our guys up front as they have all been working hard in the weight room this off-season.  We will need all 11 guys flying to the ball every play to be successful on defense this upcoming season. We return 11 Guys who started at some point last year on defense, so we look to build on that experience, and continue to grow as a unit. Our Special Teams unit improved a lot in 2021, and we look to build on that. We return our K/P and both of our Kick Returners.
