Why do you play football?
Cardel: I play football because it’s something that I love and it just comes naturally to me.
What has been your best memory from football so far?
Cardel: I’ll have to go with the game-winning catch in the state championship.
Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?
Cardel: My favorite pro athlete is Larry Fitzgerald and he’s my favorite because I feel like our game is the same he isn’t that fast but he always seems to find a way to get open.
Who is your biggest fan and why?
Cardel: My biggest fan has to be either my little brother or my grandfather and I say this because my little brother literally tries to do everything I do and my grandfather has been there throughout my whole football journey honestly don’t think he has missed a practice or game my whole life.
Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?
Cardel: I look up to my grandfather.
What is your desired major in college?
Cardel: Undecided
What are some team goals for this upcoming season?
Cardel: We really only have one goal and that’s to do exactly what we did last year, bring back another state title.
How has COVID-19 affected you?
Cardel: Covid-19 only really affected my college recruiting process because I haven’t been able to go to any camps or visit any schools like I would have liked to.
Favorite play to run?
Cardel: All verticals.
What is your personal goal for this season?
Cardel: To beat the record for receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
Favorite pre-game meal?
Cardel: Peanut butter and jelly

Cardel: Space Jam

Cardel: Basketball
Is a hot dog a sandwich?
Cardel: Yes, I think a hotdog a sandwich
Favorite activities?
Cardel: Playing football or working out, spending time with my family, playing video games, and sleeping.
