Nasir Davis will return for his senior year looking to get Boys Latin over the hump and into the PIAA playoffs. Head Coach Marcus Fulton says that “Nasir is a hardworking, smart, ball hawking player who had 7 interceptions in his first year of playing high school football”.
Why do you play football?
My junior year was my first year playing high school football & I have grown to love the game. I play the sport to make my dream of playing in the NFL come true. And to guarantee that my mom and grandmother are taking care of financially and never have to work again.
Current GPA?
My current GPA is 3.92.
What schools have offered or expressed interest in you thus far?
So far Eastern University and Lycoming College have expressed and shown interest.
What do you intend to major in upon enrolling in college?
Kinesiology

Music
Favorite athlete of all-time and why?
LeBron James because he’s the greatest basketball player of all-time.
Favorite HS moment thus far?
Going to the 4A Public league Championship game in my first year of football.
How was the 2022 season for you?
The 2022 season for me was a good experience. I was able to record 7 interceptions, go the 4A Public league Championship game and was awarded a spot on the All-Public League team.
2023 Individual & Team goals?
My team goals for 2023 are to go undefeated, win the 4A public league championship, win the 4A District 12 Championship. My individual goals are to have 10+ interceptions, receive a 1st team all-state awards & to receive multiple Division 1 and Division 2 offers.

Steak and Asparagus
Favorite play to run & why?
Cover 3 because I love covering and intercepting the deep passes.
Hobbies outside of sports?
I enjoy singing and making tik tok videos.
Biggest fear?
Snakes
Most inspirational person in your life?
The most inspirational person in my life is my grandmom because she inspires me to work hard at everything I do no matter what it is because it will translate to how hard I work on the field.

I listen to a variety of artists such as Rod Wave, Lil Baby, G Herbo and more.
Favorite teammate?
This is a hard one, but I would have to say my best teammate is Jayden Baker. I say this because he plays both sides of the ball very well and he always gets me hyped and pushes me to be my best self.
Did you play little league football? If so for what organization?
Yes I played for the Prospect Park Termites
What should people know about Boys Latin the school, the football players & coaches?
Boys Latin as a school is a brotherhood and everyone gets along. The football players are like brothers to each other, they will motivate you and hold you accountable. The coaches will help guide and push you to reach your full potential.
