Coach Says: A returning starter at inside linebacker who was in the top five leading the team in tackles playing on a senior dominated defense. His growth and improvement playing sideline to sideline with the ability to bring the pop made him a leader and gamechanger on the defensive side of the ball. Zymir was also effective on the offensive side of the ball as a pass catcher. At 6′ 1″ and 245 pounds Zymir moves very well in space and has been named one of this year’s captains of the team.


Why do you play football?

Because I love the sport and I work my hardest and when I can to best the best version of me.

It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most? 

Winning

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

Zach Baun, because he came from somewhere( New Orleans) he wasn’t given a chance and the didn’t believe in him. Then someone (The Eagles) gave him a chance to be the best version of himself and now He the top of his position today.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

One of my 2 forced fumbles in a game. The bulb was snapped. I was reading my keys. I waited patiently saw the QB scrambling, I went and made a play.

What was last years season like for you?

It’s was a lost of ups and downs. a lot of mistakes that could’ve been easily fixed.

What are your goals for this coming season?

Win it all and be the best possible player to make the team the best team.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

The running back at Archbishop Wood.

When the game is on the line, which college/professional coach would you like to call in the play? 

My current head coach. I trust him.

What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?

Ohio State

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

Philadelphia Eagles

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

The 2024-2025 superbowl. Because the Eagles made it 2 years prior and have the outcome they wanted but two years later and the 2024-2025 season they had the outcome they won it all.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

Space Jam because I’ve been watching it since it since I was young.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

“ Yeah ( My name )” or “Let’s go son”

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Be the #1 prospect

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

I don’t have one. I want to be like myself. I want people to grow up and say they wanna be like me.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:

I only want to play football.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?

Missing an open tackle with a big crowd.

If you could only drive one car for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

BMW M3

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

Game, because I get bored fast. Or I workout in my room to stay fit.

What is your favorite football memory to date?

Winning the York Bowl in 2025 week 0.

What is your favorite play to run?

Any blitz call

What scares you the most?

Losing or knowing your not gonna have the chance you had again when you failed.

RnB and Hip-Hop

What is the most food you ever ate in one sitting?

Probably some cereal

What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?

An all you can eat place.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Anywhere out the country.
