Which teammate will you miss the most from last season?

I’m going to miss all of my guys. Each player contributed to our success and changed the culture of our program for many years to come.

Last season, you told me in our interview that these were some goals of yours. all-state first team and 1000+ receiving yards. Did you achieve these?

I achieved my goal of being selected All-State this year. I was just short of my goal of 1000 yards, as I had 801. I plan on achieving the 1000-yard mark this year.

What is the one thing you need to be better at to be a better football player?

Low pad level. I need to get lower in and out of my breaks. This will help me become a better route runner and create more separation.

You told our readers last year that you wanted to play college football and that some schools had contacted you. Can you update us on one or two of those schools?

Several more schools have shown interest from the ACC, Patriot League, CAA, and NEC such as Pitt, Holy Cross, Colgate, Lafayette, New Hampshire, Long Island, etc. Along with Kutztown.

Who is that one team on the 2022 schedule that you have not tasted victory against that you really want to beat this year?

Crestwood

What advice would you give a first-year starter when it comes to opening night?

Try to relax, enjoy the moment, and play to your best ability.

What has been your fondest memory, along with your least favorite when it comes to football?

We won our first WVC Championship last year when we beat Williamsport. It was the first championship in a long time for our program. My least fondest was losing twice in the District Championship.

What is the best advice you have received from a coach? What was that advice along with the coach who gave it to you?

The best advice I have received is from Coach Buchman, and it was to control the controllable.

What is one food you like that most others do not?

I love sweet peppers.

Last year, we all learned that you are great at drawing. Can you tell us something else you like to do in your downtime?

I love to fish and hang out with my teammates and friends.
