LET’S GET TO KNOW AIDEN

Why do you play football?

I play football for the love of the game. I’ve played the game since I was little and I always dreamed of being great.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

Probably Josh Allen just because of how great of a quarterback he is and some of the throws that he makes along with his athleticism.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

Yes, it was my freshman year against Abington Heights and it was my second game starting varsity football we were down 14-19 with 19 seconds left in the game and it was 4th and 16. My receiver was on a switch wheel route on the left side of the field, I rolled out to my left and saw him wide open about 5 yards from the end zone and I threw it to him and he caught it and walked in for the game winning touchdown.

What was last years season like for you?

Last years season for me was a exciting season but I was faced with a lot of adversity that only made me a better quarterback. Losing key players early in the season made it difficult to get our offense going but as the season went on we improved more and more and turned out to be a good season.

What are your goals for this coming season?

My goals for this upcoming season is to lead my team into the playoffs and make good things happen in the playoffs. Along with that my goals for myself are to improve my stats overall and to work everyday to become a better quarterback.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

Probably the best player I have faced is Lacota Dippre a great offensive and defensive player.

Acrisure Stadium because I’ve been a steelers fan my whole life

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

When I played Abington Heights my second game of varsity football and I threw for almost 300 yards and 2 touchdowns including the game winning touchdown.

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

Remember the Titans, it is just a good football movie that I had always liked watching

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

They usually are being supportive and just yelling go Hornets but sometimes my dad will yell things I need to do if i make a bad throw or wrong read.

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Play some defensive end again like a used to before I got to varsity football but being a quarterback it most likely won’t happen again because of the risk of injury

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

Ryan Runco he is a quarterback coach that I have been going to every Sunday for several years, he was a standout quarterback in high school and went to play in the collage ranks. He has helped me become the quarterback I am today and will continue to make me better and better.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:

With football being my main love their really isn’t a sport that I would like to play that I’m not playing

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?

Nothing really comes to mind for an embarrassing sports moment for me.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?

All of my grandparents, they have all supported me my entire life in all of my sports and try to make it to as many games as they can.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

Hunting and spending time out doors. I’ve been hunting since I was 8 years old and it is something I really enjoy doing.

What is your favorite football memory to date?

Throwing a game winning touchdown pass against abington heights my second every varsity football game.

What is your favorite play to run?

There is no play in particular but I love a play action when I can come out of a fake and launch one really deep.
