Wyoming Area came into their matchup against Hanover Area with one simple goal: win. To say they reached that goal is an understatement. Many times we were shown the brilliance of upcoming Hanover Area QB Logan Richardson in this game. However, the Wyoming Area defense was too much for the undersized offensive line and the Warriors forced quite a few stalled drives. Games are not won without scoring points, and the Warriors did just that all night. They put up 55 points which isn’t even the highest they’ve scored in a game this season.
Several players scored multiple touchdowns for the Warriors: Lidge Kellum had 2, with Luke Kopetchny and Trustin Johnson also tallied 2 each. The Warriors are a well powered machine and it showed as they constantly got defensive stops, and they scored on the opportunities they were given. You can watch the highlights below.
