Coach McNamee says “Anthony  has improved and grown immensely this offseason and is now 6’6″ 285 lbs. and putting up very good weight room numbers. He moves well for his size and has huge potential. He also has a strong work ethic”.

LET’S GET TO KNOW ANTHONY

Why do you play football?

I play because it is something that I love and because their is nothing like being able to hit another person and move them against their will.

It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most? 

I’m looking forward to playing next to all of my brothers that have all worked hard and to make great memories senior year with them.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

Jason kelce because he is a great lineman and I love his work ethic

What was last years season like for you?

Even though it was a rough year with some unfortunate circumstances I had a great time playing with all of my teammates

What are your goals for this coming season?

This season my goals are to be all conference and all state and to help lead central dauphin to at least a district championship

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

Favorite pro team is Steelers

What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?

Remember the titans because it is such an impactful movie with great acting and messages

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Score a touchdown

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

My dad because he has always helped me with football whether it’s watching film with me or helping me with different techniques and he has also pushed me to my limits to make he stronger and more competitive

What is your favorite play to run?

I love running powers and GT counters

What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?

El rodeo

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Avalon NJ

Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?

The first football game I saw was a West Virginia game when I got on the sidelines with my dad and got a picture with the mountaineer
