Two blue collar ball clubs at different stages were opponents Friday Night, and as always I’m here to talk about it.

Following a three and out on the opening Halifax possession. The Indians Seth Laub was able to open up the Indians scoring, with what would be his first of two trips to the end zone in this game (2,1) leaving at 7-0 following the PAT.. Juniata would get back on the board not two full minutes later, as Waylon Ehrenzeller would catch the edge and take an 8 yard trot to the house (14-0 following the PAT.) Turnovers were something that plagued Halifax all night , and the first of which a fumble deep in their own territory would enable the Indians to get back on the board not 15 seconds later. As the Indian Bellcow Waylon Ehrenzeller would score yet again from 13 yards out.( 21-0 Indians following the PAT 1:12 first quarter.

Another fumble deep in wildcat territory. Would allow Aaron Kanagy to sneak it in from one yard out,but a blocked PAT left it 27-0 11:11 2nd quarter. The Indians would cash in twice more in quarter number two, to make it 41-0 at the break.

Halifax would pick it up on offense and defense, as Freshman QB/S Teegan Carrol was moving the sticks with ease in quarter number three. As the Indians had cleared the bench and we expected no more scoring from them, Jasper Shepps hit Grant Reinhold in stride as he turned on the jets and cashed in from 53 yards out. Halifax did not see much offensive success after that, but the Indians punched it in one more time for a final of 55-0.

The Indians will be back in action next Friday when they play host to James Buchanan for their homecoming.

The Wildcats head to Herndon for a matchup with Line mountain next Friday.
