Coach Says: Micah is a Great student , player and person. He will be a three year starter , two time all state candidate at the position of center , who has played in multiple championship caliber games including a state championship as a sophmore. Micah is a Team captain . He Leads quietly by example . Our team success has always followed the success of of our line . We are happy to have Micah’s experience and leadership on the field in 2026. Micah is a 2027 graduate . He will be looking to college following graduation and is considering continuing his football career:
Why do you play football?
Builds brotherhood and creates discipline in your life. Also creates so many memories that I’ll look back on in 30 years
It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?
Walking out of the locker room with your teammates going onto the field
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Jason Kelce because he is a great leader on and off the field, also the way he put his teammates first before him.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
Wedge- it’s a play where the whole oline is trying to create a wall so the fullback can gain about 3 yards. It all comes down to the line and how physical they are.
What was last years season like for you?
Overall good. Lost in the district championship to Southern Columbia, but overall got to much better as a player becoming for confident and gained so much team chemistry
What are your goals for this coming season?
Win the league
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Tavion Branch on Riverside Highschool. He committed to Auburn to play football
When the game is on the line, which college/professional coach would you like to call in the play?
Andy Reid. He has a lot of creativity in this plays and knows how to win big gamesx
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
Philadelphia Eagles game. I’ve been an Eagles fan ever since I can remember
What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
Philadelphia Eagles
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
2017 Super Bowl. First time Eagles have won a Super Bowl. And I can still remember being young and remembering that diving touchdown Zach Ertz had.
What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
Greater. A football movie about a linemen. It teaches a good lesson that you can do anything.
If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Play again with my sophomore season team when we won states
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
Grandpa- he’s such a hard working man and has a sharp mind. He supports me in everything I do
Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Golf because my school right now dosent have a team and it’s during football season
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
It was at a track meet and I slipped while doing a spin in shot put

Golfing with friends because it’s peaceful and fun

What is the most food you ever ate in one sitting?
Every Thursday during football season we’d have linemen steak dinner and the first week we had it I ate so much that I threw up.
