Why do you play football?

I’ve been around it since I was born, I have always had it around me and something I always did. It became a sport I loved and love the environment and feelings as well as the comradery of all your brothers playing.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

This past season. It was awesome, it was the farthest a Bedford team has ever made it in history. It was cool to make history and set records and had a lot of fun doing it. We’re hoping to do as good and better as last year.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

Drew Brees, I love the Saints and I always loved him because he always worked and kept working. He was a great quarterback and someone I always looked up to.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

That’s gotta go to my mom. She’ll yell embarrassingly loud and she’s awesome. I love her so much she is always supporting me by putting a number two on her cheek and wearing Bedford gear. She is always decked out.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

My dad, he works and doesn’t stop or complain and he embraces the grind of everyday life.

What is your desired major in college?

Pre-med, chemistry, or biology.

Coming off a year with COVID struggles, what do you think this year will be like?

I can’t really answer that. At this time last year at this time, I thought we would be at full capacity but then we thought we wouldn’t have a season. We as players try to work and grind and get better for when the season does come.

Favorite play to run?

The play that is working that game because it’s fun scoring touchdowns.

What is your personal goal for this season?

Succeed in all that I do and work. I don’t want specific numbers because that comes with the work and trying to do the best I can with every single down. Give 100% effort every play and don’t take a play off.

Favorite pre-game meal?

Burgers and fries.

Sports movie?

When the Game Stands Tall.

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

Golf.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

When I was running for a touchdown I basically tripped and almost flat on my face but a kid hit me.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I know we’ve had some guys work really hard and I want to see their hard work pay off for them and I’m really excited for everyone on the team.

If a member of the Bedford community came up to you and asked what to expect this year what would be your answer?

Just expect a bunch of dudes to give 100% effort every play and the team we play to not want to play us again.

Favorite activities?

Crossfit, golf and hang out with friends.
