Coach says: “Seth is a nose to the grindstone no-nonsense type player. Seth is one of our only players who will enter this season with significant experience on both sides of the ball. He sets a good example in the way he conducts himself, in weight room, in the classroom, and on the field. We will have to rely on him to be a leader for our football team this season.”

Why do you love football?
Football creates a brotherhood that you cannot get from any other sport.
What was last season like for you?
I did not have the outcome I wanted last year. It was very different without my brother beside me on defense. Because of the challenges we faced last year, I think I came out a better leader.
What do you think is the best aspect of your game?
I think my leadership skills and versatility are my best aspects. I will play any position or play that my team or coach asks of me.
What is your goal for 2025?
My goal is to have an undefeated regular season and win the D5 Championship.
What is your favorite football memory?
In 2023 my brother sacked the quarterback and I intercepted the ball in a big game.
What does being a leader mean to you?
It means doing my best at everything that I do no matter the situation, giving others someone to look up to. It also means lifting people up regardless of the current circumstances.
How does your previous three years of experience change your outlook on the 2025 season?
It has prepared me to never give up and give it my all my senior year.

Quincy Swaim
Who is your biggest fan?
MY MOM
Who is your favorite sports star and why?
Ray Lewis. He has the mindset that no matter who he plays or where he plays, he is the best on the field.
What do you love to do when you are not playing football?
I love hanging out with family and friends, lifting, and wrestling.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
The beach
