Kicker, punter

Ht: 6’1 Wt: 189

Awards: Two-time District Six Champions, first-team Altoona Mirror PK.

Why do you play football?

I play football because I grew up in a family that loves football, and I fell in love with kicking in elementary school.

What has been your best memory?

My best memory(s) is working with my teammates and beating Altoona my Sophomore year in which I kicked my first field goal.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

My dad I feel is my biggest fan.  He’s gone with me to the field to practice time after time in all weather conditions, including snow and rain.

Who is your biggest role model?

A guy that was really my biggest role model was my former teammate Tyler Faber. He took me under his wing when he was a senior and I just made it to varsity.  He was the punter and the holder at the time. He used to pick me up and take me to the field to practice together, which I feel led to me winning the starting kicking job my first year. He is a really good person to model yourself after.

What is your desired major in college?

I’m still figuring some thing’s out, but I want to study business management with some photoshopping creative design.

In your opinion, where is the toughest place to play?

My sophomore year I didn’t get to play in front of a sold-out Mansion Park against Altoona due to Covid, but I feel like that would have to be my answer.  I love playing in front of big, electric crowds so I feel like it will be fun and I’m ready for the challenge.

What is your personal goal for this year?

My personal goal is to be 100% on touchbacks and Extra points and break the school Field goal record of 49 yards.

Is a hot dog a sandwich?

It’s definitely not a traditional sandwich but it is a sandwich.
Sport you’d love to play but can’t?
I think lacrosse would be fun to play.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment was probably when I went to kickoff to begin the 2nd half of the 2020 D6 Championship and I hit the ball wrong by accident and drilled one of the front-line guys of Central Mountain. But we fell on the ball and recovered it so it worked out.
