Coach says: “Jaden has been a tremendous leader this off-season. He has worked on in the weight room and pushed others to do the same. Jaden is going to play in multiple positions on the offensive side of the ball and be a key to our defense as well”.

Let’s get to know Jaden

Why do you play football?

I play football because there is no other feeling that compares to being underneath friday night lights. Along with that, it keeps me disciplined and motivates my strong work ethic throughout life.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

TJ Watt. The steelers are my favorite team and I appreciate how him and his brothers carry themselves off the field while still dominating on the field.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

The final play of our game against homer center two years ago. it was a game winning touchdown off of a hail mary as the clock struck 0:00. It was an amazing win and I am so thankful to be apart of it.

What was last years season like for you?

It was a rollercoaster. I had a few injuries and got moved around a lot position wise. I had to miss four games so I never really got into a groove. I had a blast and made a ton of memories with my best friends though.

What are your goals for this coming season?

To have a winning record.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

The best player i’ve ever lined up against is Lou Swartz in practice. Although he was on my own team, the reps that he gave me have been harder than any other opponent i’ve faced to this point.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

My favorite game i’ve ever watched is the wolves’ senior night whenever I was a freshman. There was a lot of hype going into it because it was against our rival Marion Center. The guys played amazing and won.

Describe what the perfect teammate is

Someone who shows up for the team no matter what, shows leadership and resilience throughout the season, and keeps their brothers around on and off of the field.

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

I would love to return an interception or fumble recovery to the house.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

My greatest mentor throughout my whole football career has been Lou Swartz. He is the reason I ever stepped on the field in the first place and has sharpened me as a player, young man, and role model throughout the years.

Preseason Two a Days are:

The best. They’re the first chance to get the pads on and a great bonding experience.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

I love to hunt, kick back and relax with friends, and lift during my off time from football.

What is your favorite play to run?

Any blitz on defense.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Either Hawaii or The Bahamas.
