Coach Says: Carson had a breakout season last year at Mike Linebacker, finishing with an impressive 131 tackles. He is one of the hardest‑working players in our program, consistently striving to be the best version of himself every day. Carson trains with intensity and tremendous diligence, and his approach sets the tone for those around him. Coachable, selfless, and resilient, he embodies everything we want in a leader. As we head into this season, Carson will be looked upon as a key voice and steady presence for our team.
Why do you play football?
I play football because it’s a good way to have fun with friends and coaches. Football is a very fun sport to run on the field and tackle people.
It’s gameday! What are you looking forward to the most?
I’m looking forward to seeing my whole team hyped up jumping up and down before we go on the field.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
Tom Brady because he was an underdog and then later became the greatest quarterback ever.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play is blitzing I like running through people and trying to make a tackle behind the line of scrimmage.
What was last years season like for you?
Last years season was good I only played Linebacker on defense but this year I am now going to be playing both sides of the ball.
What are your goals for this coming season?
One of my goals is to be top 10 in total tackles for Pennsylvania.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
The best player I’ve ever lined up against is Zakem Clinton Shamokins running back last year.
When the game is on the line, which college/professional coach would you like to call in the play?
I would just make Coach B my defensive coach call the play he knows the most about football.
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
I would love to go to a Michigan state game.
What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?
My favorite pro team is the Steelers my whole family is Steelers fans and are from Pennsylvania.
What sports movie would you watch every day if you had to pick one and why?
I would watch Waterboy because it’s funny and it’s related to football.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
I want to get a Pic six next year on defense.
Music of choice:
I really like alternative rock.
What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?
I would go to McDonald’s and get a Big Mac or a quarter pounder.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
I really like the beach to mess around in the sand and play catch with a football.
