BEA qb Carson Nagle throws a loss on Central Cambria

New league, new teams, new win in the columb for Bald Eagle Area. The Eagles traveled to Central Cambria Friday night to meet a new opponent. They weren’t kind to the Red Devils. Carson Nagle threw for over 200 yards and 5 tds to lead the Eagles to a solid 35-0 win. Nagle started the show with a 19 yard td pass to Cameron Dubbs. Then in the second quarter Nagle found a wide open Cam Watkins, hitting him in stride for a one play, 50 yard td to put the eagles up 14-0.

It wasn’t just the passing game of the Eagles that stifled the Red Devils. They turned the ball over four times. Gavin Burns recovered a fumble and was the recipient of the next TD pass from Nagle to make it a 21-0 game in favor of BEA at the break.

More of the same in the second half. Kahale Burns hauled in the next td pass and Beau Taylor took in the last Nagle td pass. Kaden Burns hit on all five point after kicks.

BEA travels to Penns Valley next week in a key LHAC battle. CC heads to Bedford next Friday.
