It’s been a while. Tony Confer, in his second year as Bellefontes head coach, gets to say the rivalry is back. Bald Eagle Area has dominated the game with their “cross the bridge” rivals but last night the Raiders made a statement. It’s been a lean few years for Bellefonte as far as wins go but this year Confer brought back a few former coaches and some new energy. This year the Raiders are now 4-2 with momentum.
The Raiders held the edge in the first half on a Liam Halterman td run and a td pass from Halterman to Ashton Howell. Nagle made it 14-7 with a td pass to Beau Taylor. Isaac Gall made it 21-7 on a 41 yard run. BEA made it 21-12 with a Nagle to Wyatt Speckman td.
