Week 3 notes: This season in high school football is truly turning into a memorable season:

Over at Penns Valley, the Rams reclaimed the Old Iron Bell with a 42-7 win over Bald Eagle Area. Ram quarterback Aaron Tobias continues to pad his career record numbers as he now has 5,488 career passing yards and 63 career tds. He now has the county record in career pass attempts with 641 and continues to pad his career completion record with 398.

His receiving teammate, Logan Snyder broke the Centre County career reception yards with 1,804. Way to go Logan!The record is 1,750 set by Todd Naylor.

Bellefonte, meanwhile had the 2nd highest yards of offense in a game in school and county history with 595 vs PO. But the story at Bellefonte is all the records CJ Funk is nearing.

CJ against PO, set the school career all-purpose yardage with 3,176 yards. He is just 39 yards from tying the school career rushing record. He is 1 td from tying the school record in that department. He is 6 points from tying the school career record in that department. He is tied with Nate Stone with 12 career 100 yard rushing games and has the school record with 4 games scoring at least 4tds.

Jaden Jones continues to pad his school passing records as he now has 4,669 yards and 43 tds.

State College Rolled over Hollidaysburg and took over the top spot in the WesternPAFootball.net Rankings after Central Catholic lost to N Allegheny.
