West Shamokin 1 forfeit victory over Northern Cambria 0

Portage 49 United 12

The Mustangs remained undefeated with a home victory over the winless Lions. Portage’s Jon Wolford rushed for two touchdowns and Andrew Miko threw for two scores. The Mustangs were able to triggered the mercy rule just three plays into the second half.

Homer-Center 51 Penns Manor 20

The Wildcats won their fifth straight while keeping the Comets winless in the conference. Landon Hill rushed for three of Homer-Center’s seven touchdowns. Hill’s third touchdown in the third quarter triggered the mercy rule.

Cambria Heights 36 Marion Center 18

The Highlanders remain undefeated . The Stingers in the meanwhile have lost four straight. Cambria Heights rushed for 298 yards. Fullback Ray Haluska had 111 yards, while quarterback Ty Shockley had 186 yards and four touchdowns. Marion Center’s TJ Lynn had two touchdown receptions.


River Valley 43 Purchase Line 18

The Panthers also remained undefeated. The Bartolini cousins scored three touchdowns for River Valley. Angelo Bartolini rushed for two and Rocco Bartolini caught one. The Red Dragons trailed by two at half but the Panthers scored 29 straight second half points to pull away.
