What does your offense need to improve on from last year?
Offensively we need to establish an identity early on in the season. We also need to have more consistency play to play and game to game. Our offensive line is the key to having success. We have players on the line with playing experience returning and they need to play like they have been there before.
What does your defense need to improve on from last year
Defensively we need to play a four quarter game. We need to get turnovers and put the pressure on the other team to execute their offense at a higher efficiency and take advantage of the opposing team scrambling to score
What are your overall thoughts on this years team?
We are re-establishing a winning culture this year. We are doing so by using accountability and work ethic in practice. We need that to carry over to Friday nights.
