What is your favorite football memory?

Winning the close game to beat Bentworth last year.

What activities do you enjoy outside of football?

I love playing baseball and just hanging out with the boys.

Who are your favorite athletes and why?

Ken Griffey Jr. and Mean Joe Green. I picked my football number after Joe Green because I loved his intensity for the game and Ken Griffey Jr. because he was a total stud.

What has been the most difficult part of offseason training during the pandemic?

Definitely finding the things and resources to get a good workout in.

Who is your biggest role model?

That would have to be my father because he does everything he can to make our family happy and I hope to be like him.

What are you most looking forward to about playing in District 7 this year?

I look forward to the competition and showing everyone the work the Rockets have been putting in in the offseason.

What are your team and personal goals for the season?

To have a season we can use as an example to show future students at Jefferson-Morgan how to play Rockets football.

What’s one thing you hope other players can learn from you?

Football is “people working as one.” It’s a team game and without playing as a team you won’t win.

How has football developed you as a person?

It has taught me how to be level-headed and act as a leader not a follower.

Any superstitions?

My QB and I always have a handshake before the start of a game.
