@CadinOlsen

Your team had a nice improvement from 2020 to 2021. What will it take to get you guys over .500 this season?
I think that in order for us to get over .500 this season it will take a lot of work in the off-season. Last year due to COVID, it was hard to find time to do things but as things start to get back to normal, I think our main priority, as a team, should be to workout as much as we can over this summer.
Which sport have you played longer Football or basketball?
I have played basketball longer. I’ve been playing basketball since 3rd grade but I’ve only been playing football since 7th grade.
Which sport do you think you are better at?
I think I’m better at football, which is also the sport I enjoy more.
If you were not a quarterback what position would you be playing on the field?
I think if I weren’t a quarterback I would be a receiver. With my size I think I would be a great receiver.
What makes playing for Armstrong so special?
I think mainly just playing with all of your friends on Friday nights makes Armstrong feel special. The environment that is created with all of the coaches both on and off the field is just something that is a life changing
The play you want your coach to call when the game is on the line?
I think if I could have Coach Fabian call one play if the game is in the line it would be Vegas Orange. It is a Y-Cross concept that I feel very comfortable with and could probably run it at any point in the game.
How long does it take you to get over a bad game?
I think it usually takes me overnight to really get over a bad game. Coach Fabian is really supportive and is a big help in doing that.
What part of your game must you improve the most if you hope to turn the heads of college coaches?
I think the part of my game I need to improve on the most is to quicken my release and get more velocity on the ball. I feel that is something coaches want to see so it will be essential to improve those things.
Where do you go to get your sports news?
I mainly just get my sports news from SportsCenter, but locally I get it from HighTop Sports Network or Trib Live.
What is a talent that you have that would shock those who know
you?
I think a talent that would shock others about  me would be that I’m really good at spike all and I really enjoy playing it in my free time.
