What are your expectations for your team this year? 
Team expectations are to continuing building on a turn around season last year.

When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success? 
The emphasis on the offensive side of the ball will be improving the run game.. Last year, Armstrong’s run game was very inconsistent and at times non-existent.

When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success? 
Keys to success on the defensive side will be getting pressure in base looks. The entire defensive line returns and should be a strength for the team.
