What are your expectations for your team this year?
We like our team, we like our chemistry and how hard they work. We will be as good as we have been in recent years in skill areas while having to replace key elements up front on both sides of the ball. We believe with some experience and some younger talented pieces, we can rebuild our offensive line and replace 4 starters on our defensive front. We feel strong in the area of special teams as we return all key players.

When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
We have a potentially very good core of receivers, an all-league running back – two very capable inexperienced mobile quarterbacks and some guys we feel will step up nicely at tight end and fullback. Our offensive line has some holes to fill, but we feel we have some guys on the rise there. We have to do a better job of getting the ball to our playmakers in space while keeping defenses honest with our running game.

When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
We like our defensive backfield. We have a blend of youth and experience at the linebacker position. We have to develop a defensive front quickly with some good young players. As always defensively, it’s about stopping the run first / forcing teams into passing situations where we like our secondary in those spots.
