What are your expectations for your team this year?
Our expectations are to erase last year and be our best in every phase of the game. . This team has talent but we know talent alone doesn’t win games. We need strong leadership from our senior members. If we get that leadership, the sky is the limit for this group.
When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
We did some good things on offense last year. We must continue to run the ball with success and continue to build upon our improved passing game.
When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
We need improved play in every facet of our defense. We must find a way to get off the field on 3rd down. We had a tendency to take plays off and not swarm to the ball like we did in 2019. We need to start sacking the QB and causing turnovers. The 2020 team struggled in both of those categories.
